Our activities in 2024 include:

Eco Award
Having achieved our Bronze Eco Award at the end of 2023, we have now achieved the Silver Award:

Christian Aid
We have continued to support Christian Aid and participated in Christian Aid Week and the United
Christian Aid Service in St Sampson’s Church in May.

WaterAid
WaterAid has been our main area of fund raising for 2024.We joined with Churches Together to raise money for WaterAid through the Sponsored Water Carry and £1100 was raised. Cricklade United Church also raised £200 through the craft exhibition held during the Town Festival.

Commitment for Life
Some of the proceeds from our Friday coffee morning will be donated to CfL this year.

Fairtrade:
Fairtrade goods are available and on sale – on Sundays and during our Friday coffee morning.

COPA;
We have been supporting COPA for many years now and this year they will be leading worship and holding theirAGM at CUC on 29th September.

Any thoughts and ideas on projects / charities or organisations we could consider supporting in 2025 – please bring them along to the next Church Meeting.
